"I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. "Context, (im in crutches, use motel 6 frequently, rarely ever have problems).. Entrance and hallways smelt of fried fish, the bedroom floor was not swept, the bathroom floor was slightly flooded and when we requested for it to be cleaned, they couldnt clean it, so we requested extra towels and the worker stated he couldn't give us extra towels.
