"The property isn’t as described as it is. There’s no pool, no breakfast or coffee regularly. I have only seen one person who made coffee! I have a little white dog who can barely walk due to health conditions. The manager claimed that she was out running the halls but yet can’t really walk. I don’t know how she would get the door open! Poor management, drunk and swearing a lot. If you can afford extra money for a different hotel I would recommend it!"

"The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. Regarding the staff and the room, I was very satisfied. However, I had a late flight in (checked in after midnight) and was expecting a restful night and to sleep in a bit. "The hotel is old, but the room was clean and functional. The bathroom for the room we were in had a toilet that was very low which is difficult for older people, but there are accommodation rooms. Some of the staff are very nice, one not at all. Overall, it is cost effective and fine for short stays as long as you're ok with a basic room. "
