We were unable to stay there since they did not have a reservation for us and were experiencing problems due to flooding. We need a refund of our payment!!!

Room was dirty. Cigarette burns on bedspread. Toilet seat hanging on by a thread. Towels feel like sandpaper and you can only have two at a time. No hair dryer, no microwave. Hallways are dirty and smell bad. Pillows small and flat. You get what you pay for, I guess. Didn't see any bugs so there's that.

The bed was extremely comfortable. And my room had the most gorgeous view out of my window! Even though it might not get great reviews, the facilities and room are adequate and the price is right!

Little wait to check in but staff was pleasant and once they were done helping others guests check in was fast. There is a musty smell in the hotel so guessing water damage at some point. Room wasn't super clean but for price was fine. Good value. Easy to get to and good lit oarkingare

Is not a top of the line facility by any stretch, but the staff is very attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean regardless of age, the pool was clean and very refreshing, and it got the job done for our stay. I have zero complaints and would gladly stay here again. The price is right, and it far exceeded my expectations for the price. Dont be scared. I have stayed at both motel 6’s in waterloo and this one is MUCH better than the one on San Marnan. I would skip that one for sure!!

This is a very aged and poorly maintained property. Room was dirty and had unpleasant odor. Room initially came with two towels for a reservation for three. I requested a third towel and was given a towel that looked like someone had polished their shoes with. No travel shampoo was available. Parking lot was sketchy and had someone with their car on a jack during my entire stay. I'd avoid this place

When I first got there, they told me they had canceled my reservations because they over booked too many rooms. After a while, and a call to the manager, they finally got me a room. Not the room I had booked. I had booked them no smoking with a king size bed. The whole room smelled like an ashtray along with the hallways in the motel. there was pizza crust on the floor in the hallway across from my room entrance. When I first got to the room, it was standing wide. Open door was not closed. And in checking the bathroom there was no towels in the room. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Definitely my last time at this location.

Had a reservation, came in at 11:30pm and the place was locked up, no employees on site. Had to get a refund from hotels.com, HORRIBLE! No communication whatsoever from the motel.

The hallway stunk the area pets are supposed to go to the bathroom was gross no one was cleaning up after their dogs as we did. Outlet by sink didn't work.

Non-smoking room I stayed in someone had been smoking heavily in and it smelled bad all over. The smoked detector was battery was unplugged. Thankfully I was there for 1 night. Would not recommend staying.
