"The location of the hotel was great. We could easily walk everywhere planned to visit (baths, shopping, the circuses etc). Our room was more run down than I expected however we had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was great. We arrived in town too early to check in and we really appreciated that they were able to store our luggage before we checked in as we didn't want to have to park and then walk back with our luggage."

"Easy to walk to from Temple Meads station. Comfortable room. Aircon was extremely welcome. Helpful staff. Good security for ain hotel area. Good sound proofing. Breakfast was value for money."

"For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again."

"Don’t book. They will not honor your booking at property. They will ask you to pay again and get a refund from Expedia. Whole experience was horrific and would never ever stay here again. Also the hotel services and staff are an absolute zero"

"Es gab bei Ankunft Unstimmigkeiten, da im Hotel nicht bekannt war, daß die Buchung bereits bezahlt war. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich dem aber sehr angenommen und konnte dies klären.
Die Betten waren sehr gut!
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vom Frühstück passte auch."
