"Although the outside of the facility has yet to be “Updated” the rooms were a pleasant surprise ! Staff were very courteous and breakfast was great ! A very solid 4 out of 5 stars and very reasonably priced. We’d stay there again !"

"Very poor noise isolation, you can hear two TV channels from both sides of the room. Lousy people staying there, played the same rocky music at 2am until the next morning. Called front desk multiple times at midnight but nothing changed. "

Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar.
