"Worst hotel experience ive ever had. I was greeted by a guy on a kiosk screen. It was a red roof and i booked in advance without cancellation protection as there were not many options and the price was right and the reviews were not terrible. Oops. A sign outside the hotel said “new rooms” 😂 new grey vinyl planking a few years ago. The property was dirty. The stairs and upstairs hallway was too. There is no elevator. My room had filthy sheets, worn and stained from the laundry. Deep cleaning...

"The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. "

"Never saw any staff at all during 4 day stay. My friend arrived early and got both separate room keys. I was able to walk right into the room area without seeing anyone. Exterior doors were open and unable to be secured. Anybody could walk in. Room was clean but old and worn. No desk chair, no handles on closet, just nails. No microwave. TVvremote needed. new batteries. Room smelled of smoke, I had to buy air freshener. Room not cleaned in 4 days. Expected at least once. breakfast was...
