"My first time in Japan and I'm glad I picked this hotel... it was easy to get to on the train from the haneda airport and also from shibuya crossing... the staff was very friendly... the breakfast was good (esp. the chicken karaage)... I loved the washer & dryer and it wasn't too intimidating to figure out how to use... I'd def. stay here again next time I visit japan"

"The hotel and beautiful garden grounds were very serene and extremely clean. When you take a shortcut through its sister property, it is a 5-10 minute walk to Shinagawa station on the Yamanote subway line which gives you access to Tokyo’s major attractions. There is a small 7-11 convenience store on the property. Our room with a truly king sized bed was very spacious. My only criticism? The beds are as hard as rocks, so be aware."

"Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants. It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options. Overall it’s an extremely solid...
