"Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). "When i got there the young man was nice. But no toilet paper in room. Room was never serviced in four days. And i had to ask for clean towels after three days and had to go back to office again to get clean towels. And the pool was green on the 4th of July and couldn't enjoy it with my daughter . Truthfully I'm not very happy."

"This was the best stay ever! From the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, the staff was AMAZING! The food is great and the kitchen was quick to accommodate my wife’s allergy. Luz was especially detail oriented with her allergy. We have never had that attention to making sure she ate safe! Wow!! The bed is wonderful, the room clean and comfortable. It’s just a wonderful hotel and company. 100000000% recommend!!"
