"Beat up place that feels a bit more like a halfway house than a real hotel. Extremely worn down property in a sketchy area. Carpets looked 100 years old and soiled. The only positive I can offer is the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable."

"Sketchy neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Absolutely no parking available. Every space filled for blocks around property. Called landlord and told to just drive around until a space opens up. Did not even go inside room."

"I stayed here June 7 to 11 and I will be back! Everyone was helpful from the doorman to the lady checking us in. Beautiful lobby and bar. The location was perfect for meeting up with walking tours in Central Park or hopping on the subway. I love the neighborhood, great restaurants and very fun to walk around. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure."

"The elevator took at least 5-10 minutes to arrived from 9 floor to my floor which is 4th floor, add on to that when I arrived there’s toilet paper falling down in front of my door and inside the bathroom, probably because of the room service accidentally drop it."

"We stayed at this hotel for a few days while in NYC. We got a room with double beds. They were comfy but the bathroom was pretty small. Not much sink space but it had everything we needed. Our room was next to a linen closet so we did hear jangling keys throughout the night which wasn’t too great. The hotel is close to the WTC and many restaurants. There’s a coffee shop close to the hotel that we loved. Would we stay again? Probably not bc the rooms were pretty small and we traveled with my...
