"This hotel was a great experience. Next time I would prefer to be on a higher floor as the foot traffic on the first was a little noisy. You could hear the conversations in the lobby area. Having access to the pool till 10pm was nice and the exercise room was great! The staff at breakfast could have been a little more pleasant. The breakfast choices were excellent. I got my waffle fill!"

"The workout room was great! The breakfast was actually really good. The only issues we had were with the pillows and their card reader system kept going down. So we had to have someone from the front desk come to the elevator to put in our floor number. Even one time, the staff followed us to our room to make sure the key worked. Also, one of the days the parking lot was blocked off for remodel, so we had to park across the street."

"I have stayed here before and came back because of the clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, convenient location, good price, good breakfast, helpful staff (mostly). One bathroom light bulb needed to be replaced and when I told a housekeeper, who was in the hall, about it, I thought that she would make sure that it was done that day. It wasn't. I did mention it downstairs when checking out. Other than that, it was just what I needed, nothing extraordinary but good reliable basics."

"Traveling with my husband, we chose this hotel specifically because it’s within walking distance to Butler Street and family. If you are into the modern industrial and a minimalist this is for you. We had a micro-room. We stayed three nights. The room is very sleek, black, gray, and white; high ceilings and tall, vertical windows. There were no unnecessary dressers or extra furniture around the room. The closet is open air shelves for luggage and rod to hanging clothes. Typical coffee amenities...

"We arrived late after a concert in Pittsburgh. Check in was quick and easy. Got to the room and it wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupants. Had to go back"
