The owner/manager was very attentive, nice, helpful with directions, questions, arranging taxi etc. He even stored one of our bags when we went to Isabela a night. "We stayed here for 4 nights and really liked it. All of the staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly and accommodating. One of the servers at the breakfast buffet even ran down the street to get an avocado for my vegan niece!! "It was the best hotel on our island hopping trip to the galapagos. It really deserves the four stars! Our room was impeccable, complete and comfortable breakfast, they have a lounge in the restaurant Bahia Mar that’s not open everyday, it was the only disappointment since there is no service at the lounge, we ended up having dinner at the restaurant beside."
