"I do not recommend booking through Expedia. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the rooms. The room descriptions are vague and fail to show what you are actually getting. Communication with customer service was terrible, and it was very difficult to get clear answers or resolve the issue. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not book through Expedia again."

"Love this property! Our family had the most amazing time in the villas. The location is great and the property is really well kept with amazing staff. We enjoyed the pool, the kids game area, pickle ball and relaxing in the home. Highly recommend!!"

"Room we booked was not available. Took THREE hours (7pm) to get a room but with parking lot view when we booked a water view. Self parking situation is awful. Not enough spots. Management was condescending and took forever to come out and resolve issue the room issue. Front desk staff were non caring, emotionless people. Grounds were nice. Stayed here four years ago and had an issue with room as well but not this bad! Will never stay here again. Management refunded us 50% of the room cost...

"Due to maintenance issues, we had to be moved three times; the rooms were full of dampness and had bathroom leaks—I’m going to post videos of the place as proof. They told me they wouldn't charge us for everything we’d been through, yet after we left, they charged my card anyway. Now I have to file a dispute; unfortunately, it was a very bad stay."
