"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

"Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. Bar staff even happy to change 1 of the alcohol in a cocktail in happy hour, Cleaning need improvement so much dust even on the coffee machine looks like it haven't been cleaned when we checked in, in awhile. Breakfast was standard hotel food. Walk into town ok but uphill going back took about 20 min to walk to water front.
