"Great location on The Hoe and fantastic to be able to park right outside. The studio is pleasant enough but feels soulless. There was no rug on the floor and it seems spartan. I moved the sofa a little which helped. Bathroom tiny but manageable. They expect you to take your own rubbish out around the corner and do your washing up. Makes me think I am reliant on the previous guests’ rinsing of cups. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Leaving tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge...

"Fantastic location if you have any type of business in plymouth. Whether shopping , going to the Theatre or for business. Friendly staff. My only issue was the TV would not increase the volume and my planned evening ‘in’ was spoilt by this! Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
