"The online pictures make the hotel and its common spaces look better than it is in person. The upholstery on the dining benches is dirty, I had to move my seat. Also, it’s hard to find staff, or get anyone on the phone at the front desk and for room service. I saw many employees on their phones. ..."

"The hallways were disgusting, every door had marks on them, the elevator was gross, nasty stuff all over it. I didn't want my kids touching anything. A simple paint job and wipe down of all surfaces as well as a vacuum would help tremendously. You can tell the place could be nice if they wanted to ..."
