"The Marmalade Hotel is in a nice location that’s just a short walk (about 1/2 mile) from the center of Portree and harbor. The property is a nice mix of an older renovated traditional structure (which houses the hotel lobby, guest lounge, and restaurant) and a new modern structure where the guest rooms are located. "I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked.
