"The Uig Hotel was in a great location - right next to the fairy glen and you can drive to all the northern highlights. The hotel room was lovely - very clean, comfortable and the right size for two adults and a kid. Staff was friendly and helpful and food in the restaurant was good. Recommend!"

"There are a few on street parking areas right in front that are available to use between 6pm - 8/9:00 am. The rooms are above a bar but it closed down around 11:00. Any room on the third floor is the quietest, but very hot and there are no fans. While the window opens, it took forever to cool down and never really got below 72 to sleep. We stayed in late June. "Our room was spacious, with a picturesque water view. Hotel staff are friendly and engaging; made us feel welcome. The restaurant is great. Breakfast, too. And the pub where we chatted with some very nice folk. Worth the splurge."

"Fantastic location, great room. Loved almost everything about this place. The only concern was that we weren't able to lock our door from the inside. Not a huge deal, but it did feel a bit weird."

"Main issue with the property is it’s location, the state of the access road which is narrow and full of pot holes and some of the rooms. They gave us a room in the attic which was more like a closet turned into a room. The bed was small and not comfortable. We were jet lagged and woke up late so couldn’t try the breakfast, but we did try the bar which was good but overpriced."
