"The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars."

"Friendly helpful landlady. Room clean and fresh. Breakfast choices ample, with a lovely cooked breakfast if wanted. A 20/25 min walk to the main town and seafront. But buses easily available. As a suggestion, a fan in the bedroom would be nice in this heat, bedroom rather warm."

"Worse breakfast, bedding very dirty with spots on pillows , one person to manage everything no body at the breakfast , wooden railing on the stairs so dirty looks never cleaned brown wood appearing black. Never recommended any body this property."

"Staff was so friendly and accommodating (we arrived early) - excellent communications throughout and had helpful suggestions for things to see around the area, as well as bus options (we got the 48 hour pass based on their advice - definitely worth it). Breakfast was really good, full english options and fruit/yoghurt/cereal selections. Room was incredibly spacious and so quiet on the streets we could leave the window open overnight.
