"It’s a nice, clean hotel at a good price and a great location but it’s very disorganized. It seems they had recently changed the room numbering and it took us quite a while to find our room with minimal help. Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called reception they told us there was nothing they could do. The water pressure in the shower was very low. We had no coffee packets in our room, and the wifi didn’t work. The airport shuttle was convenient but we had to flag the driver down...

"I got bumped from a flight out of Marco Polo Venice airport so I was forced to find accommodations until the following morning.
I elected to go for something closer to VCE, preferably with a shuttle from and back to the airport. While the Crowne Plaza advertises a free shuttle they only provide it if you reserve it 24 hours in advance. I learned this after securing the reservation so I had to cough up 45€ for a taxi to get there.
The Crowne Plaza is only about 16km from the airport but it...

"We absolutely loved this hotel and found the price to be very reasonable for such a beautiful place.
The staff were always so helpful and friendly in particular the young lad at the pool area most days. Always smiling and will do anything for the guests.
Our bed was super comfortable and the room clean and fresh towels and water provided daily.
We are so glad we chose to stay in Lido and not in Venice and would highly recommend."
