"Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but hot food was limited to eggs, sliced wieners and bacon. Lots of pastries and desserts/cakes available, along with cold cereal and a combination cappuccino machine, which was very nice! Hotel is located next to the train station so the location was great for us."

"Room was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of information and quick to reply to messages. Found the room a bit warm and noisy, but in buildings that are hundreds of years old, wasn’t a surprise. There was no elevator in this hotel, which is also no surprise in the old buildings. Great location to access Rialto bridge, St Mark’s, and Grand Canal. Did a gondola ride only 2mins walk away. Ask for Luki Luki. We were quite happy with this hotel."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Rooms are not the largest, but Venice is 1000 years old, so that makes sense. It’s worth it to upgrade to deluxe double, which includes some more space and a lovely, deep tub."

"It was amazing, best location in Venice. The staff helped us on our travel experience, taking a local taxi line 1 Piazza san Marcos. They also advise us on the best way to get to the airport. The breakfast is a must. Very good, low price and great ."
