"I’ve stayed at Arrive Albuquerque 4 times in the last year and absolutely love it. The staff is fantastic and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food and drinks are terrific, and the pool and patio are so relaxing. The location is convenient for leisure and business travelers. My family has stayed here with me and we all recommend it!"

"They are very short staffed but those working do a great job. My biggest complaint is that we specifically chose this place because we needed to return our rental car, have a place to eat dinner and relax, and have a ride early in the morning to the airport. The property specifically said there is a restaurant and lounge. There IS NO RESTAURANT and what they call a lounge is ridiculous. Beer and wine are available through the front desk. "Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated! The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit! Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!"
