"Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash...

"Clean room. Water pressure from shower head was great however, shower space was a little tight. Overall it was a quiet and relaxing stay."

"Staff was great. Room was excellent. Layout was very friendly with the bathroom on one side opposite the bedroom. Liked having a TV in the bedroom as well to have on a different program. Good location as well. It was convenient to everything and the valet parking team was awesome. Didn't have to wait more than a minute for the vehicle,"

"Wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is under renovations, so some areas are still a work in process. My room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to ensure that an electical outlet/usb plug is available on both sides of the bed. My room had only a plug on one side."

"My family were traveling for 12 days and this was our last stop before heading home to Philadelphia. My daughter and 8?year old granddaughter were traveling with us The room was very nice for the four of us utilizing 2 queen size beds . The pool was used and enjoyed . Breakfast was a bonus for us . It helped having it right there. The staff was wonderful and helped and made omelets in the morning. Everything was super clean I want to say thank you everyone for their service and support."

"My only complaint was trying to find things. We knew there was an indoor pool but couldnt find it until we went on a walk around the entire property and found it tucked away in a fitness center at the back of the complex, outside of the ballrooms. The outdoor pool was wonderful. The food choices were limited so we went out to eat which ended up being a great choice. Its close to everything we wanted to see. On our exploration of the city we went to the Candy Lady shop and got to meet the woman...
