"This place ruined our stay. No elevator so impossible to get the luggage up. It was also advertised as family friendly and it absolutely was not at all! You can hear a pin drop outside and it was impossible for our kids to sleep. This property ruined our trip. If you're coming with kids, avoid this property at all costs. Only thing I can say is that the location was great."

"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. When we called David to ask why we cant locate the apartment he was rude and gave us a different address. "I couldn't believe what an amazing property this was. AC, in-suite laundry, TV and modern. Jacob took great care of me and was incredibly responsive. The property is located right towards the centre of the city and is very walkable to Machane Yehuda, the Old City and the City Centre. Definitely worth staying here!"
