"The property was okay. The receptionist however was very rude. Had to stand for an hr outside the office to check in because the doors were locked and there were no signs. Pressed the bell and called for an hr. No one came or bothered to pick the phone. Later when she finally unlocked the door she was visibly irritated and asked “if it was a crime to take lunch break”?!"

"It was great except that the cleaning person on the 18th floor didn't remove food left by other guests in the ice machine closet. There were stacks of pizza boxes with half eaten food and other plates of food near the ice machine. I was concerned it could attract rodents. Generally, everything else was great."

"What a neat place! It was tight but not in an inaccessible way, the vibes were amazing, and definitely different from any hotel I’ve been in. Well organized and thoughtful art throughout.
Biggest praise: speedy help from staff and really cool high tech rooms
Biggest qualm: the elevators opened and closed so fast they were hitting people, and key cards for them sometimes didn’t work.
Missing piece: there was an iPad in the room that set different “moods”, having one to wake up with would be...

"Seattle has become a third world country.
the Executive has gone down hill as well.
the bathroom was a joke in our room. using the toilet was an experience. there was barely room to sit on the toilet with one knee pressed up against the wall and the other pressed up against the shower tub. also, the toilet was crooked between the wall and tub. carpets were dingy and the room had a dirty smell. most of the hotel smells of marijuana and human urine.
