"The communication was lacking. I was sent the entry code for the door and told the keys were in the mail box. I was also told parking spot 29. No information was given about how to get into the building directly from the garage (There was a magnetic fob on the key chain.) So we walked back through the garage door at the far end with all of our luggage. "We made a reservation for four. But the towels were for two people and we asked for more, but we were rejected. The most amazing thing was that the towels used by customers who had visited before were left in the laundry basket. It was so bad. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent, and the bed was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep in bed."
