For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk – and not even any cups. "Great location … however the apartment itself was not what we expected. Don’t even know where to begin . Pull out couch was covered with some questionable stains and smelled. Kitchen cabinets were dirty, fridge had some old ice pack in, looks like it was left behind. There was a sweatshirt left in the closet. Bathroom had no hand soap and mold in the shower Towels looked like they saw better days… oven was filthy. Had to rewash all the dishes before we used them for breakfast… when we pulled...

Communication with the host was extremely difficult, they did not reply to any of my messages, I had to call several times to ask about the instructions to enter the apartment, which I have received onæy 19 minutes before check in time. I still have not received money back for the deposit, it has been 16 days now. I have contacted the host about the matter, without any response. I do not recommend booking with this host "

"Fabulous room with plenty of space and a little nook to where we took our breakfast when we did not eat in the bar upstairs. We just asked for a tray to bring it to our room. We already knew the beds were described as hard, and they were, but we were able to sleep well. The spa was cozy, nice pool and saunas, included. No elevators though, but the friendly staff helped carry our big bag! The bonus was renting the little cars for free, we took one into Gdansk and the staff were helpful...

"Best place you could ever stay"

"We had a great stay in the 4 bedroom apartment – it was clean and spacious. The only downside was that it had just one bathroom, which wasn't ideal for our group. The spa area was fantastic – very relaxing, with great facilities and a calm atmosphere. Plus excellent massage services. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Overall, a lovely place to unwind – we’d definitely come back. "
