"This is a lovely Riad. Close to the souks but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The staff working there are very attentive and friendly and the rooftop terrace is a very relaxing place to spend the evening. Pierre maintained excellent communication with us throughout and is very knowledgeable, arranging our taxis and spa treatments. "Dieses Riad ist ein Traum von 1001 Nacht. Man wird vom Personal von hinten bis vorne verwöhnt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann alles, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Taxi kommt man an den Flughafen oder andere weiter entfernte Ziele für 5€ hin. Würden jederzeit wieder hier herkommen "

Staff did not explain price differences or refund options, and I was forced to pay transportation in cash at checkout with no receipt. The experience was stressful and poorly managed. Nonostante si trovi nella Medina, per noi che avevamo la macchina è stato molto comodo da raggiungere e che ci fossero due parcheggi a 2 minuti a piedi dove poter lasciare l'auto (ritrovata in perfetto stato nonostante abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi...
