"The perfect stay. Next to the Bahia Palace and so close to the Medina but a complete oasis from the bustle. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home especially Ishram and Mehdi. "The rooftop terrace was nice, beautiful property, rooms seemed like they were brand new and very clean. The breakfast was perfect. We had an early day planned and the staff prepared it before their usual time so that we could enjoy it. The property is only 90m from the Medina so a great location if you want to enjoy the uniqueness of Marrakech!"

"The room (even though it had no external window) was nice and very comfortable. My only negative comment is the fact that the small bathroom window opened up to the dining area which I felt was awkward as well as possibly violating health codes. The location of the Riad was excellent. And the overnight excursion I did to the camel camp was something I will always remember. I think there could have been better communication regarding the package. The included breakfast was amazing - I especially enjoyed the various choices of pastries, muffins and sweet buns provided, and the omelette was always delicious. Fatima provided excellent breakfasts! In general, the Riad was quiet and calm which I appreciated. Exceptions to this were: other guests who felt they could have very loud conversations on their phones in the lobby area. I felt it was unprofessional for the manager to yell at staff, especially when a client (me) could hear (I was in my room). Your staff should be highly commended for outstanding work. Both Kenza (whom I mostly saw at breakfast and who was always there to help out and Abduu (whom I saw mostly during the evening shift - was very professional and kind in helping to answer questions or to arrange a meal) - both were highly professional and courteous and I observed how they went out of their way to help everyone. The Riad and the rooms were always kept totally clean Your establishment owes much to these three employees I would highly recommend it."

"I have travelled extensively and this hotel rates very high. The location is excellent, in the medina but away from the busy main street. The riad is beautiful, the attention to detail is magnificent. The communal areas are extensive and beautifully decorated. The roof top is exquisite with a gorgeous pool, perfect for when you want to get away from the busy medina. The staff are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much and they always welcome you with a smile. This is a gem of a hotel, a real oasis, i cannot recommend it enough."

We also enjoyed a hammam and massage during our stay, which were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Everything about the riad made our stay feel special, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious and authentic Marrakech experience. We would happily return! ❤️"

"I have never been happier to review a hotel! We absolutely LOVED our time here. Not only is the Riad Kaiss absolutely charming, but the 5-star attention to detail and us as guests could not be better. With only 9 rooms on site, the staff get to know you as you come and go. Our junior suite, #6, was absolutely charming and looked over the garden. The breakfasts were beautiful and plentiful with freshly squeezed juice, homemade breads, yogurts and jams, and veggie egg scrambles and omelettes at our request. The Riad somehow manages to offer peacefulness and calm within the walls while being in the midst of the energetic Medina markets, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a hammam and massage, and can enthusiastically recommend both, then carried the relaxation into the evening by enjoying dinner in the garden. The food was beautiful and delicious and our waiter instinctively knew how to pace our meal. The final thoughtful touch was a bag with fruit and sandwiches as we checked out, because they know "food is not often served on flights." Thank you to each and every one at the Riad Kaiss for our memorable and beautiful stay!"
