"We loved this charming hotel on the lake so much. The bed was comfortable and our room looked out onto the lake and a beautiful piece of art , a female head, emerging out of the water. The spa was amazing . We booked it and enjoyed the coed wet and dry saunas, the plunge pool and the heated indoor outdoor pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. So stylish yet comfortable at the same time."

"This property has an excellent location with a grocery store across from it and public transportation right out the door. The family apartment was spacious and had a kitchenette. Overall the hotel was very clean and offered parking at a reduced rate."

"Nice small hotel. Extremely expensive for the level of service offered. Very nice breakfast in the morning. No gym on premise but many eating places within walking distances. Excellent location and nice lobby ambiance. The massage chair is excellent to relax and stretch."

"This is the best of the 4 hotels at which we stayed. Very helpful, friendly staff, free parking (YES!), and great lounge, exercise room, sauna, and terrace with jacuzzi on the 5th floor. Breakfast was above average, and the Verano Lunches and Dinners were better than any 5-star resorts anywhere. Lunch was served M-F, and Dinner M-F and Sunday, all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. The manager Rachel was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we checked in on Sunday, we were not informed that breakfast ended at 9:30am . This information was critical and should have been clearly communicated at check-in. The hotel claims there are signs explaining the breakfast hours. As guests, we should not be expected to search the entire property for contradictory information. When we arrived at 10:00 a.m. on...

"Service was great, very friendly, flexible and the rooms were very nice. Location was good for the concert in the Strawberry arena. the breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and many healthy options too. The station is a 25 min walk away, which was nice with the good weather. The Westfield mall is next door. Beds were good too, and the shower had a rainshower. Main thing for me was the price, it was steep. It was a high price due to the concert, but normally I would never pay that amount for...
