On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough. "Very interesting concept for a hotel to have it inside a shopping complex. We arrived at night while it was raining. The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly."

"From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and happy to help in whatever way possible. The room was clean and really new and the staff tidied it every day. We were really impressed with the cooking facilities in our room- we didn't do any cooking but there was a hob, kettle, microwave and everything you would need to cook basic meals with if you were staying longer. The pool area was lovely and so quiet, we were the only ones using it most days (the weather wasn't great to be fair!). The free coffee facilities were brilliant and we ordered the breakfast box one morning and it was good value for money and very tasty. Super convenient for everything you'd need in faro - close to the old town and the marina area, and only ten mins from the airport. Would reccomend getting an uber from and to the airport as cheaper than a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we come to faro again we'll absolutely stay here!"
