"This hotel is the BEST for its price!! Every single person we interacted with was SO sweet and hospitable. It’s very close to one of the main train lines, so you can be in the city center in less than 15 minutes. There are also loads of bus stops around, including one that drops you off right in front of the hotel. I would even say walking is very doable (just make sure it isn’t too hot). We stayed here two separate times on our trip to Italy — once at the beginning and once at the end. They let me keep one of my bags for the week, free of charge, so I didn’t have to lug it around the country. They got us into our hotel room early *both* times. The breakfast is so tasty and has a great variety. I never felt unsafe walking back from the Metro/various bus stops around. There’s a grocery store less than a block away, and a mini refrigerator to store any snacks/leftovers. I could go on and on. Bottom line? Stay here. One thing: we had a bit of a smaller room during our first day, but were upgraded to a larger room the following weekend. If you’re able to, I would pick the larger room right off the bat! It was nice to have the space."

"Lovely stay We arrived around 12pm and received a very warm welcome from the staff. We only planned to leave our luggage, but surprisingly, our room was already ready, so we could relax for a while. The room was a decent size, with a small window, but it was acceptable as the sun was facing the room and we kept the curtains closed most of the time to keep it cool. The manager was very helpful and gave us a local map, showing us the key sights and how to get there. The location is excellent. Although it’s not very close to the metro, Uber is easy to use and many places are within walking distance. The only downside was the AC, which could not be set below 26°C. It was fine at night, but the room felt quite warm during the day. Overall, a very welcoming and enjoyable stay."
