"We were so haply happy staying here. We got this hltel at the very last minute as our previous hotel was cancelled causs we have a sudden change of flight. The host Aida was such a nice and welcoming person she saw that our rooms were too small for the four of us and we were lucky that she upgraded us to a bigger room without any additional fee. "The location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time. Room was very clean and came with plenty of amenities (hair dryer, straightener, extra toothbrush, etc), also had a nice AC unit inside the hotel room to combat the summer Italy heat.
