Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften nach dem Auschecken sogar noch unsere Koffer dort lagern. Diese Unterkunft ist für einen Städtetrip in Neapel ideal."

"Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning. "

"First off, it's NOT a Hotel, it's an air BnB. NOT what I Wanted. Air Conditioning was NOT Working, They Opened a Window and Supplied Me with a Fan. Being that I Slept with The Window Open it Was Hard to Sleep with All the Noise coming from Outside. I Tried looking for another Hotel, but EVERYTHING Was Booked or Out of My Price Range. There is NO Bar/Lounge or Deli. Staff DIDN'T Speak English, Friendly though. The ONLY Time I saw The Staff was when I was Leaving in The Morning. I DIDN'T see any...

"My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful few days in Naples. Our holiday experience was made extremely enjoyable due to the lovely few nights in La Ciliegina. From the moment we arrived all the staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. They were able to afford us the early check in we requested which was a great benefit due to our early flight arrival from the UK. The Junior Suite we chose was beautiful and had so much space and all we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooftop...

"Well sized rooms overlooking Galleria Umberto. A useful communal area with coffee machine, seating and access to a small balcony area. We were not sure about having breakfast tickets for a cafe in the Galleria - but it worked really well, the pastries were always fresh and the coffee good. And there was the possibility to add items for those with larger appetites. Mario was very helpful and made some great recommendations for for eating out. would definitely recommend"

"Cuándo llegamos el check in fue un poco caótico (al estilo Nápoles supongo), pero terminó siendo una linda experiencia. MARÍA, una genia. Atenta, simpática, buena onda. Habitación en condiciones, wifi y un refrigerador en el pasillo que nos vino perfecto. Ubicación perfecta cerca de casi todo (Puerto, ascensor Monte Ecchia, Plaza del Plebiscito, Quartieri Español, Galeria Umberto). Literalmente a pocos pasos de todo eso. Muy conforme. "
