"The location was ok, but the room was terrible. Dirty bed sheets, old furnirute and the i was not able to lock the door completely from the inside. I don’t like when a place looks very different from the pictures, it feels like a scam. In general I felt uncomfortable and not súper safe, so I decided to stay in another hotel. "Hotel was beautiful but on the last day my shower wasn’t working. Maintenance staff dropped by but left without fixing the problem. I alerted the front desk but no accommodation was provided so I had to check out without the ability to shower. Also, the hotel bar prices for regular bourbon highballs (Woodford Reserve) was extremely expensive - approximately $50 per shot. Such prices at nearby restaurants were around $10 to $12."

While the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, I encountered a few issues with the room facilities. The shower area was extremely small (less than 1 square meter), which made it very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the bed was quite small and did not meet the standard dimensions typically expected. I hope this feedback helps you improve the guest experience, as the excellent service provided...

The room also had a lot of construction noise through the day, the automatic light system in the room does not work properly and we had to find ways to cover the lights because they would not turn off and the last night one of the main entry lights would not turn off an had to contact maintenance around 1am after 30 minutes of...
