"This place has bed bugs. We called the next morning after checking out early due to a doctor appointment early in the morning. We noticed a bug when gathering our stuff killed it but we were in a rush and didn’t think anything until later in the day. Got home and my husband has dozens of bites and found more bugs in our luggage. Tried to call and was told a manager would reach out and still haven’t heard anything. "

"Just a regular, no-frills airport motel. Three issues - our bathtub was pretty disgusting in that the drain was scummed over and hard to imagine submerging oneself into, much less step into for a shower. Also the bottom of the tub itself seemed as if the enamel had worn completely away, just overall seeming unsanitary. Secondly, checkout time was 11:00 am. At 8:00 am, we were startled by loud knocking on our door. As I opened the door, a housekeeper looked startled to see the room still occupied. She asked me “when are you leaving?” which I found a bit inappropriate. Staff should always consult with the desk to see if guests have checked out. Finally there were no amenity or welcome cards in the room notifying us of breakfast time or WiFi availability. "

"There was construction ongoing in the lobby. That was awful. Big plastic barriers hung from ceiling to floor to keep the dust from escaping. It didn't work. I felt sorry for the employees who had to work through this disruption. There was no way to know this was going on until you checked in. Just terrible."
