"10/10 recommend and will stay here if I ever come back to Venice! I booked a very basic room on the first night (emergency) but it felt luxurious. I have an upgraded room for 2 more nights and I already know it will be amazing. The room smells delightful when you walk in. The front desk is so kind and helpful. "Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! When we checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk said she was going to show us to our room. And you could tell she was very excited to show us.
