"I really wanted to love my stay here but the most important thing in determining a great hotel room is how you sleep. This was an issue because first of all the foam mattresses on the beds were very firm, along with a very firm foam pillow, and then one fluffy pillow per person. It was very hard to get comfortable because the mattresses were so hard. Secondly, the bed frame was literally on the ground, so the surface of the bed was probably just a little over a foot and height. This is an issue...
