"10/10 recommend and will stay here if I ever come back to Venice! I booked a very basic room on the first night (emergency) but it felt luxurious. I have an upgraded room for 2 more nights and I already know it will be amazing. The room smells delightful when you walk in. The front desk is so kind and helpful. And the hotel has lots of small touches….free water refills, nespresso machines in each room, breakfast buffet but they make your coffee and eggs to order. Absolutely perfect and feels...

"This was our best stay in Italy! The apartment was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the beds, linens, and overall comfort were excellent. The shower was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - which was incredibly important with temperatures around 100°F (38°C) outside. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay so much easier. Highly recommended!...

"Always remember what you pay and what you get .... room was very very good .... they give complete amenities .... this property is 10 minutes walk from Venice main train station .... porter taxi will get you their in 30 to 35 euros with 4 suit case ... much batter then water taxi ..... from hotel to San Mar its 20 minutes walk but its worthy . family visit with kids ...."

"Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly; they arranged our transportation to and from the hotel via email in advance, provided excellent restaurant recommendations and walking routes, and assisted with rescheduling our departure time after a last-minute flight delay. "Annalisa was brilliant with help on WhatsApp and booking water taxis for us. There is a public taxi stop very close as well. This apartment is in a lovely area and had very nice dining very close. There is a grocery steps away if you wanted to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an apartment so you do not get daily cleaning and fresh towels. Clean and freshly updated the only thing missing was a small love seat or chairs in the main room. The 2 kitchen chairs were not good for...
