"The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. "We stayed in the suite with a frontal view of the canal. The room was very nice and modern. The AC was great and the best we had compared to the 5 total hotels we used during our trip. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed and was very helpful and informative. The roof top bar was nice, the perks the hotel has over to watch glass making was an awesome touch. Overall, this hotel was amazing and we already recommended it to our friends traveling to Venice next year. "
