"10/10 recommend and will stay here if I ever come back to Venice! I booked a very basic room on the first night (emergency) but it felt luxurious. I have an upgraded room for 2 more nights and I already know it will be amazing. The room smells delightful when you walk in. The front desk is so kind and helpful. "This was our best stay in Italy! The apartment was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the beds, linens, and overall comfort were excellent. The shower was fantastic, and the air conditioning worked perfectly - which was incredibly important with temperatures around 100°F (38°C) outside. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay so much easier. "This was by far my favorite location in my trip. It’s a full apartment with sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and refrigerator. There is a washer, no dryer. Everything was extremely clean. The AC was powerful as well! The staff communicates amazingly with you. Amazing property and location away from the Venice madness."

"Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! There is a grocery steps away if you wanted to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. This is an apartment so you do not get daily cleaning and fresh towels.
