"Very disappointing experience booking a hotel through Expedia. The hotel pictures were completely misleading and did not match the actual condition of the property. We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, which was the official check-in time, but were told our room was not ready because they had no clean bed sheets or towels available. The staff informed us we would not get the room until after 6 PM once their laundry arrived. When I requested to cancel the booking because of the unacceptable...
