Excellent location near Sirkeci, within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Burhan, who was very welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

We returned from the trip to Capadocia and stay in this hotel for the second time. Same as the first time, staff are very nice, polite and attentive. The hotel location is great, close to public transport, easy to reach tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good.

the hotel was amazing! the staff were so friendly and kind and the breakfast had a really big variety and was delicious. the location is amazing, a short minute walk from sultanahmet, eminonu, and galata bridge to taksim. many shops and restaurants nearby. walkable to every landmark. the room was clean and comfortable. amazing stay 10/10

The staff at Asur made our stay so pleasant. They were so incredibly helpful and on point. For example ordered a private car/driver for us to get to the airport, prepared sandwiches for us for the early am departure since we missed breakfast. The location is good and the room was comfortable.

This hotel is a quaint little gem. The rooms offered all that we needed (great water pressure in the shower! And great options on the TV for viewing/streaming in English) The dining area is lovely (traditional Turkish breakfast was wonderfully fresh and there were always tables reserved for hotel guests to hang out any time of day and enjoy Turkish tea). The staff is unsurpassed! They truly made us feel at home, anticipating every need and even took care of our laundry in under 7 hours! In the dining room Burhan & Kasim never let our complimentary cups of tea or coffee go empty. At the front desk, Elias & the other managers greeted us by name each time we returned and smoothly arranged private rides for our party. The hotel is centrally located, so we could easily walk to all the major sites/public transportation. We plan to stay there again next time we come to visit!

Great location on a quiet side street which was a short walking distance to the main attractions. Hotel team were very helpful. Big shout out to Borhan and Zaki who were great and made the stay really enjoyable!
