This hotel I would highly recommend from check in to departure. Imoressed bh cleanliness, service, smiley staff, excellent breakfast and location perfect. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was within walking distance of various tourist attractions and public transportation. Both the hotel itself and the room we stayed in was very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

Good stay

Good stay. Only negative was the housekeeper wasn’t replacing the toiletries and toilet paper and I had to ask for this 2 out of 5 nights. Other than that the hotel was good for a base as we explored the area. 15 min walk to Sultanhamet metro and blue mosque.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Located in Sultanahmet about 5 minutes' walk from the tram station and also 5-10 minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Also short walk to Eminömu (where we caught the ferry to Kadiköy) and over to Galata Bridge, Galata and Karaköy. Very walkable area, near theaim attractions and public transport so it was easy for our first time in Istanbul.

Wonderful hotel.

Great location. Wonderful facilities and the staff are so helpful. On the day of departure we were running late for the airport and taxis were minimal. The staff member walked with us two blocks and helped us get a taxi so we could make our flight. We appreciated this and would definitely recommend staying here.

An avergae hotel that is a bit of an upslope walk.

This is an average hotel located on a bit of an upslope unless you are coming from Sultanahmet - which is preferable. Although we arrived half an hour early, we had to wait for check-in. The furnishings were a bit tired and basic. The breakfast was extremely average. There was a lot of noise from the traffic which interfered with our sleep.

A COZY LITTLE GEM

I was anxious and didn't know what to expect from this hotel, but to my surprise it turned out to be a gem, excellent location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Market, comfortable, very good quality facilities and bed and bath linen, no noise, very welcoming reception with quick service , impeccable cleanliness of the room, exceptional quality breakfast, in short, all the services very well provided and, finally, an excellent staff. I could mention some names, but it would be unfair to those whose names I don't know. Congratulations. If you plan to visit Istanbul, I highly recommend the Boss Hotel Sultanahmet.

Hotel is is a great location, but it’s right in the middle of the wholesale area, and a boys school opposite, we were given room 402 avoid the ground floor rooms on the front of the hotel as it’s very very noisy and I’ve had the worst nights sleep ever, the hotel need to soundproof the rooms as we could also hear the doorbell from the room next to us and every time they shut their door the lights in our room would move and vibrate and rattle, I did request not to be put on the ground floor and yet ended up there, also requested to move rooms which was just one floor up and wouldn’t make any difference to the noise level, honestly we tried to stay out of the room as much as possible but it did leave a bitter taste which ruined out city break

This was THE best hotel ever. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were comfortable. We faced the street and were right by the elevator (so I was a bit worried) but I needn’t have. It was super quiet! Great location and great staff. We stayed for 6 days and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff members were not helpful at all. We paid for an airport shuttle and it was the worse experience. We paid 55 euros and the driver wouldn’t even turn on the ac and would smoke cigarette as he was driving so that’s all we smelt. He was also driving reckless.

Orta derecede bir otel'di. Avantaji gezi yerlerine cok yakin olmasi ve odalarin temizligidi. Bizi karsilayan personel cok suratsiz'di ve hicbir bilgi vermedi. Kahvalti'yi bile biz sorarak ögrendikki bu gibi seyler check-in'de söylenir normalde. Check-out'dada bir güle güle vs. Hic birsey yoktu. Kötü bir otel degil, ama cokniyide degil, orta derecede, yatacak bir yer ariyorsaniz yeterli.
