Gerne 😊 Hier ist eine freundlichere, ergänzte und rundere Version des Textes: ⸻ Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt von fünf Tagen in diesem Hotel in Istanbul und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Galataport liegt direkt vor der Tür und der Galata-Turm ist in nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem gibt es mehrere angesagte Restaurants und Hotspots in der direkten Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr überzeugt – sowohl Qualität als auch Auswahl waren top. Wer zentral wohnen möchte, Istanbul bequem erkunden will und dabei direkt am Bosporus sein möchte, ist in diesem Hotel bestens aufgehoben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Everything was close. The only complaint that I have is that I asked for a wake up call at 4am and i did not get one and ehen I went to the desk that morning there was a young man working that didn't know English. The wake up call was important to me because I couldn't set my alarm to go off on your time (military time.) I chose to stay awake all night because I was worried and that was what saved me. Please make sure that overnight staff speaks English and that they do the appropriate wake up calls. All of the staff was perfect, and so kind. The day workers at the desk, I loved. The man running the breakfast upstairs was a dream... couldn't be more happy with them.

The location is excellent. You can walk to the port, several excellent restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Rooms are tiny and look onto walls of other building. No sky. Think the size of the closet in a studio apartment. Barely room for one person to stand with the suitcase. Not suitable for two people. More expensive corner rooms have a view but not when the ship is docked - then those too have no view. Hotel is noisy. No soundproofing - can hear other guests at all hours. Room has street noise and LOUD music from the bars until 2AM. It was like sleeping on the street. Breakfast is ok but you’ll get a better one across the street. Room is clean. Staff helpful. Hotels.com said if I paid extra I’d be upgraded but I was not upgraded. This is a lie. Don’t pay it. If you are solo, they’ll put you in a closet no matter what you booked. Larger rooms can be found at The Wings or at The Root hotel for the same price. These are in the same neighborhood and they are quiet. There are a lot of options in this neighborhood. Do your research. But this one is loud, noisy, small, no view, clean, helpful staff, good location. Thanks!

The service from the staff was excellent, the location was near the Galataport, making it really easy for disembarkation, but at the end we appreciate the good service, also the roof top restaurant offers a nice view of the Bosphorus and the coffee was good to.

İyi bir deneyimdi. Oda temizdi, çarşaflar temizdi. Traş kiti ve diş fırçası kiti olması hoşuma gitti. kahvaltıda yer alan garsonlar için ayrı bir bölüm yazmam gerekiyor. bu kadar düzgün çalışan görmedim. tebrik etmek istiyorum çalıştıkları alanda bir gün yönetici pozisyonunda olmaları gerekiyor. her şey için teşekkürler. bir puan çevredeki kulüplerin gürültüsünden gitti ama odalardaki cam sesi az geçiriyor o nedenle uyumama engel olmadı.

交通位置非常好，附近很多餐廳，但這也是最大問題，就是餐廳營業到凌晨2點，餐廳把音樂開到最大聲好像辦跨年晚會也到凌晨2點。 飯店很新，不過空間不大，還有一個問題是行政櫃檯彼此的交班系統很弱，同一件事情需要在不同時段跟不同人員交班三次，然後會發現他們雖然看似有交班，卻總是在會錯意，就必須不斷重複說明，其他都很不錯

Müşteri Memnuniyetine Öncelik Veren Özverili Ekip

Temiz bir otel, benim kokular konusunda özel bir hassasiyetim var, oda gayet iyi havalanmıştı, küf görmediğim nadir otellerden biriydi, banyodaki giderlerden koku gelmesi vb. bir sorun da yoktu, hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. Otel müdürü Yıldıray Demir başta olmak üzere tüm ekip konaklayan misafirlerin memnuniyetleri için özveriyle çalışıyorlar. Oteli seçerken bazı yorumlarda gürültü sorunundan bahsedilmişti, bu nedenle odaya kulak tıkacı koymuşlar hatta ama anlatıldığı kadar yoğun bir gürültü ile karşılaşmadım ben, kulak tıkaçlarını kullanmama gerek kalmadı, gayet rahat uyudum.

Oda alan açısından biraz küçük ama tertemiz. Eşyalar yeni. Lokasyon sebebiyle gece de biraz müzik sesi oluyor ama uyumaya engel değil. Özellikle kahvaltının verildiği terasın manzarası mükemmel. Otel personeli çok iyi özellikle Yıldıray bey çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very close to the mall. You can just cross the street and walk by the port. Little noisy at night which we did not care. All employees are super helpful and excellent customer service. I give 4 stars just because the wifi connection was not that great. We had some trouble connecting to the internet and also rooms are pretty small. We were 2 adults with 2 big suitcases and basically there was not enough room for all our stuff. other than that everything was great and yes I’m planning to book the same place next time when I’m back to Istanbul.

La discoteca de abajo sonaba hasta la 1:30 de la mañana retumbando toda la habitación, siendo imposible dormir. Lo demás todo bien.

Wonderfull hotel, but not for everyone

Excellent location within a short walking distance to the Tophane Tram stop, Galata Port, Galata Tower and Galata Bridge. The Staff is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is less than a year old, so all is fresh and new. Our deluxe twin room was small (which we expected) and similar in size of a typical cruise ship cabin. That said, hotel’s designers didn’t take note of the efficient space utilization and storage of cruise cabins, e.g. under the bed storage for the luggage, which would make a huger space difference in the room. Like many European hotels, the ac/heater system are not individually controlled, but rather activated according to the seasons. That in it self is not an issue for us. In our case (early May) it was cool outside and leaving the windows open would have been ok, especially with the sea breeze from the Bosphorus, however the hotel is surrounded by several restaurants offering live and very LOUD music trying to override each other’s entertainment until the wee hours. For us closing the window meant the heater would’ve been our only option, not acceptable at the time. Consequently our first night was a disaster. Lucky for us the next 4 days of our stay the weather turned hot enough for the ac to be activated, and with the double glazed windows the outside noise was hardly noticeable. Would I stay again? Yes, but it would have to be either in full winter or summer seasons.
