They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central

Ii would say, i only slept nights and left early morning for thevwhols stay. As the room did not have window i could not stay because of the mould condition smell. Overall, the communication was very good and room is clean the problem no chairs to seat.

Konakladığım odadaki televizyon çalışmıyordu ve akıllı televizyon değildi konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde olmasına rağmen nasıl böyle bir televizyon kullanılıyor odalarda anlamıyorum film veya kafa dağıtmalık bir şeyler açmak istedim açamadım. 50 tane kanal vardı kanal yüklemekle ugrastım bisey degismedi hersey okeydi bir tek keyif bozucu durum buydu.

A great stay

The hotel is locted in a great area. Very convenient to many things including buses and netro station (Osman Bey). I did however ask to switjch rooms from a city view to the back side due to my sentivity to noise. Staff is wonderful. A great team betweeb Osman at the reception and his asistant to tackl anything you request. Very respurcefull and go beyond their duty to ensure the comfort of residents.

I had the worst stay in Istanbul due to this hotel. They refused to allow my guests to VISIT my suite because they said I only said the suite is for 1person. My guests were NOT sleeping over, they just came to attend to me as I was in Istanbul for rhinoplasty surgery and they would drop off food or other necessities sometimes. I had to leave my hotel and stay with my friends at the Hilton because of this poorly created rule the representative at front desk told me about. Every day I would hear weird noises at night almost like some sort of LOUD generator.. then I would wake up the the cleaning lady banging against the hotel I don’t know what walls? And her kids I guess would accompany her while she would work? Because all I would hear is children screaming while she would be cleaning. At one point the water stopped running while I was showering.. literally had soap all over me and had to run out of the bathroom to grab the water bottle that I thankfully had to clean myself. There was no heads up in regards to any of this inconvenience. This made my recovery for my surgery all that more difficult. I am grateful for my friend who was staying at the Hilton and allowed me to stay at their suite which was so much more comfortable. Also, I did not receive any room service/cleaning service during my 9 day stay there. This was the worst hotel I could ever book.

По приезду в отель на ресепшене мне сказали что свободных мест нет . Есть побольше комнаты и подороже. Вместо 111 лир с меня взяли 150 лир . И вместо 3 дней я прожила там 1. В комнате не работал телевизор и фен на мои замечания на ресепшене меня проигнорировали..

Μέτρια διαμονή...

θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερα αν δούλευε ο εξαερισμός του δωματίου.Επειδή δεν έχει παράθυρο γινότανε πολύ αποπνικτική οι ατμόσφαιρα μέσα στο δωμάτιο.Αναγκαστικά δούλευε ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου που ήτανε θορυβώδεις και το βράδυ στον ύπνο ήταν ενοχλητικό. Επρεπε να δουλεύει και το air condition μαζί. Επίσης θα ήταν καλύτερο κάθε μέρα να υπήρχε ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο και όχι μόνο την πρώτη μέρα.

Otel konum olarak nişantaşı ve taksim arasında kalıyor. Ancak geceleri çok tekin bir bölge değil. Temizlik çok kötüydü. Çarşaflar lekeli ve üzerinde saç-kıl vardı. Tekrar temizlik yaptırdık. Hizmet olarak memnun kaldık temizlik talebimizi anlayışla karşıladılar. Gece su istedik marketten su alıp getirdiler. Çalışanlar nazik ama türkçeleri biraz zayıf. Yabancı turiste hitap ediyor. Yataklar özellikle yastıklar çok rahat sayılmaz.

Bien pour 1 nuit

Chambre réservée pour une nuit seulement donc faisait l'affaire. Personnel de l'accueil aimable et parlant anglais. Chambre bien équipée mais les draps du lit étaient un peu vieillissant...Hôtel placé sur une grande avenue donc à proximité de commerces et cafés.
