The hotel has made made a lot of remodeling. They have new elevators and room furnishing. I wish they would reopen the bar and patio some day, The complimentary breakfast is very Turkish with lots of cheese. eggs. olives and salads

Very calm and quiet place, clean and comfortable, and great value for the price. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the метро station and grocery stores. The host is very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Breakfast is very basic and just cold food. Very little choice . Lifts are an issue. Only one small lift which is always packed. Location good, but house keeping rubbish. Not as advertised.

The hotel leaves a lot to be desired to be considered as a 4 Star Hotel. Firstly, incorrect details or misleading information is on the property details at booking page. The swimming pool has been inoperative for some time, which is not mentioned. The TV has only Turkish channels and not " premium channels" as mentioned. Breakfast is very basic - boiled eggs and assortment of Turkish veggies only. Butter is an item which hotel feels is not a part of breakfast! For the first two days there was none, but on my persistent request,some was provided on my last day! Rooms are fairly spacious but needs TLC. One has to request room clean as it's not offered on daily basis, just as fresh towels. And when fresh towels are provided, these are still damp and not feeling or smelling fresh. But the request is promptly attended to. To be fair, request to room service is promptly attended. Lifts are old and tired to the extent that even the hotel doesn't take responsibility and advise guests to use at own risk! Plus points about the hotel - location, sea view room and rain shower. It's time the hotel managent train their staff for customer service with a smile. Front desk staff comes across as very unhappy and cheesed off! Hotel is mostly occupied and used by local and regional guests and not international.Certainly not a hotel I'll be going to ever again.

The receptionists by day were good and helpful, the one working night shift were terrible. One person from the night shift by the name of Zack was extremely rude and unprofessional. He shouldn’t be working in the hotel industry at all. When we first arrived at the hotel, we asked about the smoking policy and we were told about 2 areas (Terraces) that are designated for smoking. One night we were heading towards one of the areas when an employee came rushing to tell us the area is closed after 11 PM, and that was a lie. The next morning we talked to the day shift manager, he apologized and assured us it would not happen again. But the disturbing part was Zack’s attitude and vocabulary used. He threatened to take away my phone if I recorded him during the confrontation. This was my third trip to Turkey and I have never seen anything like this. Completely unprofessional. We felt like we were being attacked on the streets. I ultimately threatened to call police after he threatened to have us removed from the property. I will never set foot in that property again. If it wasn’t for the morning manager, we were leaving the next morning. Don’t even think about making reservations there.

Good location, but they gave me the worst room. I had to pass a long way, more than 40 steps maybe, and then by the end of a hallway, very tiny elevator to -2 floor! Was a bit difficult and time wasting each time going in and out of the room

They remove coffee from our hands after breakfast time ends, without permission! In addition a staff name Amareye was shouting on kids and us because they were swimming and shouted when we told her we will report this. Management didnt do anything about this, it was my 6th visit to this Hotel and its now over i will not book again and i dont recommend at all due to their staff behavior

Looked like a warzone. Dirty. Very deceptive. My children were rejected from the pool because of their age. My reservation clearly stated that children above 5 years are allowed and below 13 need a parent to watch them. The next morning they said that it was a 18+ years plus pool. They couldn't provide any info on where it stated that kids are not allowed. Elevators not working. Looked like a building site. Torches on the roof. Not safe.
