Clean rooms, great stuff, beautiful lobby, great breakfast. Shower needs some fresh caulking to prevent leaks. Good sauna, steam room has broken tiles and did not smell good inside. Overall good place to stay.

Overall good stay. On the one hand, Hotel is clean and there are friendly people. Room rates and other prices are very affordable. Also, on the other hand, the hotel is very close by to a big outlet mall named Starcity, just in front, and also very close by to restaurants and cafes only one block 50 meters away. Anyone can easily reach the hotel from Istanbul Airport via public bus company Havaist busses move from the Istanbul Airport -2 level, station number 10 and 10A departing every 30 minutes, to reach Yeni Bosna Kuleli bus station within maximum 45 minutes and then take a taxi from there to hotel to reach the hotel within 6 minutes. From the hotel to İstanbul center such as for examle, Taksim or Sultanahmet, not far away, take a taxi with reasonable prices, and reach the destination within average of 30 minutes. Adviced.

staff was great. Emrah at the recieption was very welcoming, and I was offered an upgrade to a super nice room as I am a regular customer at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to business travelers and tourist alike.

I arrived late (after midnight), the night shift person was quick to check me in, I did appreciate that. As usual the gym was great, and staff are helpful. My second day Gamza at the reception desk helped me with a replacement key, and Fatih was kind enough to schedule a taxi to the airport.

the property is good and luxury, friendly staff, the only notices are that they don't allow any kind of food delivery, not allowed to bring any food and at the same time they don't have a good restaurant, the over night menu just room service and very bad food ( I tried Pizza which was nasty) another thing the laundry be said "express within same day service" with extra charge, but actually I got my laundry after tow days, in general, the hotel is good and worth to be 5 star hotel if they solve those issues

we were given a room in the 7th floor. Slightly bigger than the average room which was good. Also we were greeted with a fruit platter. Very nice. We weren’t able to check in early. It looks like a policy of the hotel. Before we even told them our name or reservation number they told us that room wasn’t ready! I didn’t like that actually as we don’t control our arrival time. But it’s ok no big deal Esra and mehmet akif were nice and attentive to our needs. Everything was ok We did enjoy our stay
