Nice small hotel tucked in a small side street from a very active area. We decided to stay there to get to know the Kadiköy area. It was a good choice, is conveniently located at walking distance from the Moda" area, it felt safe at all times. The hote staff was friendly and the room comfortable. Nice balcony.

The service at the hotel was great! They could help us at any time. The reception was staffed 24 hours a day and everyone was very friendly and kind to us! The breakfast is simple but ok! The location is simply awesome because you are right in the middle of it all! everything is within walking distance! we'll be back, thank you very much

A great place to stay, it is right in the mids of things but off the main road enough you cant hear it when you sleep. Umar 'front desk' man and the breakfast lady couldnt do enough to help, both so waem and friendly. Did have an encounter with Ail 'manager' whom wanted money for booking a trip, which wasnt really booked. Anyways once i refused to pay he left it alone but i can imagine other tourist fall for it. Place very clean, breakdast lovely most the staff are amazing . I would definitely come back again

Poor service, we were in the 5th floor, would not have found out if we didn’t ask. The elevator inky goes up to The 4th floor and we had to walk up a curved staircase with no handrails and our luggage to the 5th floor. The breakfast was definitely underwhelming, and does not reflect the pictures even the hotel posts. The location is spot on though. Has a kitchenette, but no dishes/cutlery or pans. No dishcloths. The flooring is laminate and curling up. Washer and dryer work. Need your own soap (not unreasonable ). Would not recommend unless you really want something close to the action

Very happy

Great value for money in Istanbul. Great location for Kadikoy and Asian side. Room was great very clean and shower was excellent. Staff friendly also, would defo stay here again in Istanbul.

Excellent stay at the Mezzo

We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Emre and Jumma both of whom took very good care of us and spoke very good English, which was a bonus. Hotel is well located for transport, walking and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Terrible terrible terrible!! 1st night I had a room with a very loud thermostat,changed the room, the room had a black banana in one of the cabinets,no comforter or anything in the bed, but a small blanket, when pull the comforter out was a smaller size bed! The pics are nothing with the reality. Outrages conditions. Period!

The first room we got was really small, so small it cause my girlfriend to cry. When I was making the booking the price for the larger room was only a couple of dollars extra, so I spoke to the guy and asked to upgrade. He wanted €40 to upgrade instead of the five that was available at the time of booking. The breakfast was average as well, dishes were cold. Not recommended

Dishonest and disappointing

At check in, i was taken to another building that was not even part of the hotel! They deliberately gave me a room that was clearly not what i booked, and it was very substandard- more like a hostel- and it was so hot and humid. I left my belongings and went out for the evening. When i returned, i went at midnight, i told the front desk that i don't think my room is correct. He confirmed that i was given the wrong room but told me it was too late to change but the prices of the rooms were the same. I went to my room and saw that it was still very hot. I tried to turn in the AC, but only heat came out. The hotel receptionist tried the ac and then told me it wasn't working. He then put me in the room that i actually paid for which was MUCH nicer. They obviously tried to cheat me.. the ac in the 2nd room didn't work either.

Manglende rengøring og vedligeholdelse.

Hotellet var i dårlig stand. Der var huller i væggene og der var ingen køkken tilbehør, fryseren var frosset til. Vi fik først sengetøj på 3. Dagen. Selvom vi bad om roomservice, blev de væk. Da de kom glemt de deres arbejdstøj på værelset. Der var gamle shampoo og body soap flasker i badet og der var også skimmel i badeværelset. Der var huller i både håndklæder og sengetøj. Vi havde købt morgenmad med i prisen, det var det samme hver eneste dag. Meget lille udvalg.
