Pire hôtel de ma vie! Je déconseille vivement.

Pire séjour de ma vie. L’hôtel ne possède pas le même nom que celui sur Hôtels.com. Nous avons passer 30min à le chercher à 00h00 du matin avec nos valises. Le réceptionniste ne parlait pas un seul mot anglais. Une fois que nous avons trouvé l’hôtel, l’hôtel n’avait pas préparé nos chambres(censées être prêtes à 14h or qu’il était 00h ), le réceptionniste faisait tout pour nous faire perdre du temp) et ne pas nous faire entrer dans la chambre car elle n’était pas prête(résultat on est entrer dans nos chambre à 1h30). Dans la chambre il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette pour 2 personnes. Le lendemain quand on revenait de nos journées les chambres n’étaient pas rangées elles étaient dans le même état laisser le matin, ni les draps ni les serviettes n’étaient changées. De plus l’hôtel fait aussi office de bar, en Turquie les bars et restaurant ferment à 19h, or l’hôtel restait ouvert clandestinement jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit. Il y avait une odeur de cigarette et d’alcool en permanence. Je me sentait vraiment mal dans cette hôtel.Personne ne savait parler en anglais même avec Google traduction ils nous répondait « d’accord on a compris » mais faisait rien le lendemain. Enfin bref vraiment pire séjour de ma vie. De tous les hôtels que j’ai fait ça a été le pire séjour de ma vie. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. (Photo a l’appuie, je précise que l’on fume pas et que dans notre chambre il y avait une cendrier avec des cendres encore dedans)

It was not the best choice for me .. but for the price I really can’t complain .. the bathroom was dirty and there was water and I think it was dirty water comes out of the drain .::

A very careless disorganized management. The whole hotel is like a smoke house. Because on the first and second floor is a shisha Smoking restaurant. They want hotel guests to swim inside their shisha and eat in that restaurant.

We kwamen rond 17 uur aan. We hebben 1,5 uur moeten wachten om de sleutels te krijgen van de kamers. Ze hebben ons wel drinken aangeboden. Eenmaal in de kamers waren de kamers met Franse slag schoongemaakt en het stonk muf van de sigarettengeur en schimmel. Schimmel was te zien op de muren. Totaal anders dan op de foto’s.

Für Jugendliche ist das Hotel top!!! Liegt sehr zentral und zum feiern ist alles vor Ort ! Das Team ist sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne !! Für Familien eher nichts.

Mağdur olduk !

Farklı bir şehirden kalmak için 2günlük oteli ayarladık gitmedende 2kez aradık sorun olmadiğını söylediler gittiğimizde otelde yer yok dediler 1günlüğüne başka otel buldular ertesi gün gelin dediler ertesi gün gittik yine yer yok dediler paramızı geri aldik tatilimiz mafoldu !
