Good hotel. Simple.. No frills. Close to lots of good restaurants 15-20 mins walk to the blue mosque area. 10 mins walk to the Grand bazaar. Lots of trams and buses around. They made a really beautiful gesture for my little boys birthday by bringing him a cake to our room with candles. Thank you The rooms might be basic but there are large. We had a double bed and two single beds. There was plenty of space in the room. Water bottles, slippers and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was basic. Could do with some fresh fruit. I asked for some things and the kitchen staff were happy to help.. This is an old city but adequate for our weekend break. Thank you.

The worst place I've ever stayed in. The staff was nice and helpful but other than that the cleaning service sucks. We had a bracelet stolen from us and they didn't do anything about it. The area is very noisy also.

Bad experience, everything was bad , 4 stars hotel !!! I think this should be less than 3 Poor breakfast , even the place where the breakfast serviced is really dark under the ground Nothing working shower broken , electricity cables hanging outside the wall , it is not safe , moisture in the walls , tow many broken things , not finished renovation on bathroom , need to be done Long long list …. It is very noisy from inside and outside , construction around the hotel , working late night and early morning Staff nice but this not improving the quality Cleaning was good

It's the worst hotel I've had and I don't understand how it's a 4 star hotel when it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars. In short, the room is tiny cleaned with the water of javal when there is cleaning (there are times when the cleaning is not done). The breakfast is very poor and low-end, if I tell you that the juice is only a mixture of syrup with water, I let you imagine the rotten quality of breakfast. The insulation is poorly done, we hear the discussions of the neighbors during the evening (we can't go to bed before everyone is asleep) and also in the morning we are woken up by the noise of the street It was a wasted stay because of this hotel.

The heating system of the hotel and the room was very weak and useless, the air in the room was really cold and they did not take care of it every time we informed them, the condition of the breakfast was not good at all, and the facilities you mentioned in the hotel, such as the bar, etc., did not exist at all. By the way, the photo of the terrace that you posted was not available for the hotel at all. Please let us know in the next reviews.

Geloof niet in alle fotos van dit hotel.bij aankomst kamer was niet schoon en lag er overal gebroken glas.zwembad sauna turksbad waren dicht.geluid overlast van buiten en binnen. In de kamer hoor je alles door de muren heen .geen variatie met ontbijt. Douche kop stuk.

The hotel Offer spa THERE IS NO SPA..the hotel offer room service NO ROOM SERVICE..the hotel offer terrace restaurant THAT DOESNT EXIST, rude front desk personnel, NO ICE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL, the first day the house keeping lady entered our room with a men!!! We were sleeping and they decided check the toilet, a men inside our room without permission!! Unacceptable.... terrible hotel go to another place Please!!

Meget larm,det er byggerig ved siden af hotelet. Elevator er meget lille. Der ikke plads til kørestol. Det lugter meget af klovak.

l’hôtel est bien situé, en plein centre ville. Par contre je ne lui donne pas plus que 2 étoiles. ancien, sale, les chambres en mauvaise état, salle de bain ne donne pas envie de prendre une douche. Si vous voulez j'ai des photos en preuve.

Altes Hotel. Keine Schallisolierung der Zimmer (Türen gingen nicht richtig zu und waren laut). Umgebung ist schön. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nähe (Blaue Moschee 2km). Schmale und volle straßen nicht mit Auto zu empfehlen. Von den 4 Sternen kann man 2 Sterne trost abziehen.

El hotel estaba fatal. Las habitaciones sucia . Las sábanas sucia no la cambiaria.El hotel pone cuatro Estrellas pero en verdad como un hostal. Mi consejo que nadie reserve en este hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr alt, Frühstück sehr schlecht, wer haben mit Frühstück gebucht haben aber kein einziges Mal gefrühstückt. Ich glaube die letzte Renovierung in diesem Hotel war vor 20 Jahren. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht 😔

Es gab Schimmel in dem Bad und die Wasserleitung war sehr laut dass man nicht gut schlafen könnte. Die beleuchtung ist nicht genüg. Die hälfte der Glühbirnen waren schon am Anfang kaputt. Das Perssonal war sehr hilfbereit und freundlich !

Vraiment décevant pour un 4 étoiles qui ne les vaut absolument pas. Les chambres ne sentent pas bon (même le garçon de chambre qui nous a accompagné était gêné) et ne reflètent pas les photos de l'hôtel. On a été voir plusieurs chambres et changé deux fois.. Propreté négligée, surtout dans la salle de bain. Essuies non changé tous les jours. Et même le petit déjeuner ne relevait pas le niveau. Mal insonorisé, beaucoup de bruit. Hôtel non conseillé.

Don't recommend those who travelling with families,pathetic hotel not a four star in any way, washroom are clogged lights are fused,leakage everywhere.the staff on the reception always said tomorrow he will change the room each and every one who check in.but that tomorrow never comes feel like haunted hotel like hotel transvellia because no lights in corridor and in hotel lobby,very bad location on stiff hill

Het was superslecht. Kamer niet hygenisch, raam was stuk dus het tochtte. Personeel zeer onaardig en nors. Wifi is superslecht. Ontbijt hoort van 7-10 am te zijn, maar tussen 7-8 am is er niet eens brood. Badkamer was vies. Plafond van badkamer was zwart. Zwembad is voor kinderen. Service is dramatisch. Een hel!

Hotel bien situé, il a un spa avec piscine couverte, sauna hammam mais dommage qu'il soit facturé hors de prix comparé aux spas exterieurs d'autant plus que ce n'est pas précisé sur le site expedia.

Hôtel bien situé proche de la mosquée bleu de la St Sophie proche du tramway et du métro à côté du grand bazar endroit très bien situé mais dans les chambre il faut tout changer le petit déjeuner décevant vaut mieux déjeuner dehors
